This
page is dedicated to the study and research of all martial arts styles,
systems, and disciplines. This site was developed with the hope that it will
help in the study and research of pakua, gung fu, karate, jujitsu, ninjitsu,
boxing, meditation, chi gung, yoga, reiki, healing touch, and everything else
that falls into this category.
Many people who dedicate their lives
to a certain discipline find them limited by their own ideas. In today's world
people of all disciplines, whether medical based, scientific, or spiritual in
nature, have more opportunities than those that helped develop these
disciplines long ago. Ease of travel, and new technologies have made many
things accessible that would have not have been, even just 10 years ago.
Unfortunately this has also brought out all those who are only interested in
self-greed, whether money, or ego driven. I truly hope to bypass all the
nonsense and supply some real quality information and opportunities to all of
us.
I will attempt to cover everything
from the origins of pakua to the forms of Tang Soo Do, from the internal
movements of xing yi to the history of shotokan, from the healing powers of
qigong to the trapping of wing chun. I will supply the information I have
accumulated over the last 30+ years and hope others will share with me.
