8 principal / 3 level Circle Walking Basics

 

 

 

 

Level 1

 

1)    Straight spine

2)    No leaning

3)    No long or high steps

4)    Don’t look downward

5)    Don’t over extend arms

6)    Keep head at same height

7)    Tuck hips /do not tighten anus

8)    Practice a few times everyday, even if just for a few minutes each time

 

 

    Level 2

 

1.    Single weighted

2.    Bend ankles / feel bubbling wells

3.    Bend hips / feel center

4.    Bend clavical / feel top of head

5.    Push with legs

6.    Hips moves shoulders

7.    Palm pointed at center

8.    Belly button / center line pointed at center

 

Level 3

 

1)    Soft gaze

2)    Start all moves with the mind

3)    All moves relaxed / not sloppy

4)    Use intent without force

5)    Body stays in constant motion

6)    All moves tend to spiral

7)    Feel & fill

8)    Seek downward to move upward
