5 Element 3 Phase Meridian Stretching

 

 

These exercises are based on the meridians and their relation to our body. The 5 element phase is based on the creative cycle, thus being: fire creates earth by ashing, earth creates air by releasing gases, air creates water by condensation, water creates wood by nourishing, and wood creates fire by burning.
